One of the largest oil-producing enterprises in Russia, OOO LUKOIL-Nizhnevolzhskneft, will have to pay 260.9 million rubles to the Palmali shipping company in Rostov. The decision was made by the arbitration court of the Astrakhan region, which satisfied the claim of the company from Rostov-on-Don.
According to the court decision, funds were levied from a subsidiary of LUKOIL under contracts of chartering (leasing) of oil tankers. Tankers for the transportation of petroleum products to the “daughter” of “LUKOIL” were presented by a shipping company from Rostov.
