This micro-lot of specialty coffee was harvested near the city of Hambella in the Guji area of Ethiopia. This area is located more than 2000 meters above sea level. Few plantations are situated in this kind of altitude and this is what gives the intense fruity and spicy flavour to this coffee that is processed with the natural method.
Flavour and brew recommendation : Notes of raspberry, jasmine and chocolate. Good for V60, Chemex, Espresso.
